We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller / Workshop Manager who has the ability and motivation to work their way up in their career, proving themselves with a successful prestigious brand and well-established Dealer Group.

We are looking for a Workshop Controller with the ability to manage a busy Main Dealer workshop with approx. 9 Vehicle Technicians. The successful Manager will need to be extremely organised with the drive to motivate the team of technicians to hit targets and maximise productivity. Supporting the Service Manager on a daily basis, you should have a good understanding of an Aftersales Managerial Structure.

Candidates should have experience controlling a workshop of a similar size, with at least 7 Technicians. Current or recent experience in this role is an absolute must.

£20-30,000 per annum, Full Time, REF: PRS1211
