Automotive Service Advisor
Crewe, Cheshire

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm + alternate Saturdays
Salary negotiable depending on experience - around £18,000 basic salary + Bonus

We are looking for experienced main dealer Service Advisors for our client, a main dealer in Crewe.

The job;
Providing excellent customer service to all customers at all times
Managing the customer experience to deliver the service levels expected at a main car dealer
'Up-selling' products and services to meet dealership objectives
Working as a solid team unit to excel together and mutually achieve service department objectives and customer service levels

If you are an experienced main dealer Service Advisor, looking for your next move then we would really like to hear from you. This desirable employer is looking for candidates with exceptional customer service skills, who are very well organised and can manage the customer experience professionally on a daily basis.
