Motor Trade F&I; Business Manager required in Barnsley
£16,000 - £19,000 (Depending on Experience)
+ Uncapped Bonus - £45,000 - £50,000 OTE
An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Barnsley area of South Yorkshire for a dedicated Automotive F&I; Business Manager seeking a new challenge. Progress Recruitment Solutions (UK) are working on behalf of our Client, a Yorkshire-based Main Dealer Group, to offer this opportunity to a highly professional and successful individual looking for a fresh challenge in their career.
The successful candidate will live and breathe F&I;! You will be tasked with driving sales and finance penetration for a New and Used Car Sales department, overseeing all vehicle transactions in order to maximise profit whilst ensuring that a high level of customer service is delivered at all times. Targeted on KPI's for Gap, Paint Protection, Finance Penetration, PPU etc. The role will involve working to FSA regulations promoting and arranging finance and insurance products, providing quotations for customers and seeing each deal through.
To apply you must have:
A passion for F&I;
Strong PCP focus and excellent product presentation skills
A focus on retention
Good IT and organisational skills
A full UK driving licence, no more than 6 penalty points, no disqualifications within the last 7 years
No bankruptcy orders or CCJs in the last 7 years.
This is a great opportunity for a F&I; Professional looking for a fulfilling role, driving the F&I; element of a Sales Team and supporting the Sales Manager on a day-to-day basis.
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have current or recent experience within the Motor Industry, in a F&I; Manager/ Business Manager role within a Franchised Dealership environment. We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of Finance & Insurance products and processes, able to provide evidence to support their excellent track record in the motor trade.
You should live within a 30-40 minute commute of Barnsley.
£40-50,000 per annum, 5.5 day week on rota, REF: PRS1481
