Progress Recruitment Solutions was started in March 2011 by Laura Rycroft (then Laura Jacobs) with the aim to provide a recruitment service based on quality rather than quantity. Of course the team have KPIs to work towards, but we aren’t targeted on areas such as CVs sent, which means we can really focus on ensuring the handful of CVs we send out have substance and are genuinely suitable, rather than providing a service to our clients simply based on achieving internal targets.
Since 2011 we have grown a lot, and moved offices three times so that we can keep on growing! We aim to continue expanding over the next few years, so are interested to hear from individuals from a Motor Trade, Logistics and/or Recruitment background.
We offer an uncapped commission structure which goes up in bandings to 25% commission. On top of this we have monthly bonuses. This means you can earn very good money, and you’ll get out what you put in! We’re not the type of company to change the goal posts or put restrictions in the way of you making money. If you’re earning, we’re earning, so we’re all happy!
On top of this we also have regular additional incentive schemes, based on our employees input of what they’ve said they’d like as a reward. These have included Palmer Sport Track Days, Hotel Stays, iPads, Cases of Wine, Cases of Prosecco, Apple Watches……
We plan socials including a Summer Party and Christmas Party, and the team often socialise out of work too, so we’re not just ‘colleagues’, we’re a family.
We have a ‘help yourself shelf’….. Everyone has bad days! So when you’re having a really bad day, you can treat yourself to something naughty from the shelf – on the boss!
