Over the last few weeks a number of our Area Managers have been visiting clients around the country. This enables us to communicate and build a good relationship with our clients to better establish the business's needs. It is also an important tool for us to be able to see the business first hand to better sell to candidates. Candidates are keen to hear that we have personally met the hiring managers and seen a typical working day and a got a feel for the dealership environment.
This week Natasha Robson and Sharron Spall made the 6 hour journey from our office in Norwich to the south west. They visited a number of clients in the area including Breeze VW van and car centre (shown below), Alan Brooks in Poole and Keith Motors Ford.
