Our client a volume main car dealership group in Norwich is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Automotive Aftersales Advisor to work within their busy service department.
As part of our client’s team you will be responsible for:
-meeting and greeting customers coming into the service department
-booking in vehicles, arranging alternative transport as and when required
-workshop loading
-liaising with the workshop and customer
- providing quotations
-advising the customer on any repair issues and costs, gaining authority for any additional work
-promoting additional work, services and warranties
-ensuring all vehicles are ready for collection as agreed
- invoicing, arranging and taking payment
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join a successful brand and established car dealership. To be considered for the above vacancy candidates must have recent volume main car dealership experience within a Service Advisor role.
Candidates must have excellent customer skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
