Automotive Sales Manager

A great opportunity has become available within our clients highly desirable niche main car dealership in Leeds, West Yorkshire for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join their busy and successful Sales team. The successful sales manager will have the experience and ability to continue the growth of the business in both volume of sales and profit per unit whilst continuing to deliver the high standards of customer care that a prestige brand desires.

The main responsibilities of the Sales Manager are to organise the sales activities to ensure the departments efficient and profitable operation.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

-Overseeing the sales executives, business manager, sales administrator.

-Effectively market and sell; new and used vehicles, finance packages and additional products and services.

-Assisting the Sales Executives & Business Manager with deals when required

-Dealing with any customer issues and complaints

- Monitoring and working to monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

 

Our client is looking for a Sales Manager with a customer care focus so would ideally suit a Manager from a prestige or luxury background. Candidates must be able to provide a history of target acheival and job stability

Automotive, main dealer experience essential.
